Starburst Garden – Months 1 & 2
This quilt – though it came as a complete quilt, I am working on it as a block of the month as it was intended to be. It occurs to me I never posted about month one for this project. This is the center block. I had to make four of these blocks for month 2 Related Images:

A Year of Spools – July
When I was surfing some websites for quilt kits, I came across this set of cute small tabletop banner quilts that are themed for each month at Shabby Fabrics. Each one of them is themed with spools and are too stinking cute! I even got a new stand for this year’s tabletop banner. I can now display two of them every month (well, the ones that I have finished anyway!) This was a quick little project and it jump-started me to completing two other quilts as well this month already – more to come later. You can find the kits here if you are interested. Blooming Fields – Month 1
I am such a sucker for a block of the month. I like tot have many projects going on at a time. This keeps the boredom away. Sometimes I feel like I may have ADHD in regards to quilting since I can not focus on one project. I had forgotten how much I like to use batiks to piece with. I don’t quite like how they feel, so I had not used it for a long time. See the project details here: Blooming Fields Related Images:

June Goals
It has been a minute since I have added a new post. Part of it is because my sewing machine was in the shop for nearly 6 weeks!!! I have to find a new timeframe to do the yearly service. The spring takes a long time! Related Images:
